Uno dei piatti tipici itlaini all´estero é sicuramente spaghetti aglio olio e perperoncino…..
Questo piatto é fisso nei menú di tutti i ristornati italiani é ed é ormai conosciuto per i suoi bassi tempi di preparazione ed economicitá sensa nulla togliere al sapore.
Le quantitá degli ingredienti dovrebbe bastar per 4 persone ( dipende chiaramente da chi si siede a tavola)
400 grammi di Spaghetti
3-4 Spicchi d’ Aglio
Olio D`oliva
Sale
2-3 Peperoncini Piccanti
La preparazione é molto semplice: basta far cuocere in abbondante acqua salata gli spaghetti…
In un altra pentola fare rosolare l´aglio e il peperoncino in olio extravergine d´oliva, se volete potete macchiare il sugo con pomedorini freschi.
Dopo aver scolato la pasta (possibilmente al dente) conditela con l´olio (diventato piccante)…
Se volete potete aggiungere alla fine prezzemolo fresco tritato.
Il gioco é fatto in meno di 15 min e spendendo solo pochi euro potrete gustare un buon piatto tipico italiano.
